Finance Minister Honorable Bishnu Prasad Poudel has unvealed an ambitious Budget for the FY 2078/79 on Jestha 15, 2078. A very good budget from every aspect, Total Budget is of NPR 1647.57 billion for the FY 2078/79. Finance Minister has brought some very important Tax Reforms through this budget. Education Sector has received highest amount of Budget amounting to NPR 122.77 billion. Further the budget has given a lot of focus on prevention and control of Covid - 19 pandemic and Health Sector has received highest amount of Budget in its history.
